ha funny you ask ,its curantly all wraped up looking fresh as ever sadly not had the cash to get it fitted as yet

I changed the intake mani on my vr and it only took an hour or so, its not that hard just a bit daunting to start with. Only hard bit as i remember was getting the gaskets back in the right place and getting the lower manifold <> block bolts undone.
